I’ve seen plenty of brokers trying to look credible, but with Resource Invest AG, there’s barely even an effort. It’s clear we’re dealing not with professionals, but with people who just want to scam those who haven’t yet learned to tell real platforms from fake ones.

When a company can’t clearly explain who they are, where they’re registered, under what authority they operate, and how they ensure the safety of clients’ funds, that’s a red flag for me. And when they promise 18% returns with monthly payouts on top of that, it’s not just a warning bell, it’s a full-blown siren.

Personally, I see nothing here worthy of trust. Neither in their website, nor their terms, nor their entire business logic. This is not a broker, it’s a broker’s imitation.

About me

Table of Contents

Today, we are looking at a forex broker that claims to have the trust of over a million market participants. It promises the best of everything, from an advanced trading terminal to professional support. However, the reality users face is starkly different from this polished image. In our review of Resource Invest AG, we explain why we consider this project a scam, how the company deceives its clients, and what victims can do to avoid losing their money.

Does Resource Invest AG Show Any Risk Factors?

The company named Resource Invest AG claims to have been operating for a long time with great success, but verification shows otherwise. The contact page lists a Polish address and phone number, yet there is no record of such a company in the Polish business registry, nor any license from the local financial regulator.

Further investigation led us to a real Resource Invest AG registered in Switzerland in December 2022. However, this company is not involved in brokerage activities; its charter states it manages securities portfolios and investments in the raw materials and mining sectors. It also lacks a license from the Swiss regulator FINMA, which is mandatory for brokers and dealers.

In other words, this website impersonates a Swiss company to appear legitimate. But registration dates, business scope, and lack of license clearly indicate an attempt to mislead clients. The firm is not registered anywhere as a broker and has no legal right to offer such services.

danger
Moreover, the company cannot securely receive or store client funds, does not have bank accounts, nor contracts with liquidity providers or reputable quote systems. This means full-fledged trading on the platform is impossible.

The real age of the project can be verified by its domain registration date. It was registered just two months ago, on June 18, 2025. All claims about thousands of clients, billions in turnover, and awards are fabrications designed to hide the truth and give the project a false appearance of success.

Let’s Break Down the Fixed-Interest Payments

The company offers deposits with returns ranging from 9% to 18% annually, paid monthly. They promise investment safety and insurance for the funds, but provide no details about the insurer or how the payouts are guaranteed.

danger
Such high returns are far from market rates and resemble offers typical for developing countries with unstable economies. Moreover, the company is unregistered and unregulated, which significantly increases risks. Investing here is extremely risky due to the lack of transparency and reliable protection.

What Does the Resourceinvestag.com Website Reveal?

The Resource Invest AG website raises many concerns both visually and content-wise. The alternating black-and-white blocks combined with bright blue interface elements strain the eyes. Photos and stock images appear mismatched and unattractive. Such a design is unlikely for a reputable broker.

Content-wise, the site is lacking. Descriptions of trading assets are brief and vague; contract specifications are missing, and the market data table is simply repeated on every page. The education section has no recent materials, and news updates have been stale for a while. The only useful tool is an economic calendar from TradingView, but the glossary looks neglected.

warning
Most worrying is the absence of company registration details, licenses, and financial reports. Information essential for trustworthy brokers and clients to assess safety.

The registration form is simple but requires a special registration code obtainable only through support. This approach is commonly used by scammers to filter potential victims. Overall, the website and platform give the impression of an unprofessional and unreliable project.

Is the Broker Offering Fair or Risky Terms for Traders?

As we already mentioned, the Market section offers almost no useful descriptions of available markets, and there’s a complete lack of asset details or contract specifications. Unfortunately, the situation with trading conditions in general is no better. Some figures can still be found, although oddly placed on the WebTrader page. There, the company states:

  • Over 500 tradable assets.
  • Maximum leverage of 1:500 across all account types.
  • Client orders are executed in 80 milliseconds or faster (according to the broker).

A few more details are available in the account type table. Resource Invest AG offers five different plans:

  • First Step — minimum deposit of $100.
  • Basic — from $2,500.
  • Optimal — from $10,000.
  • Premium — from $50,000.
  • Exclusive — from $100,000.

This setup is quite typical of scam brokers. The deliberate lack of transparency about real trading parameters isn’t harmless, it’s a red flag. Traders are forced to fund their accounts without knowing the spreads, commissions, or other critical conditions, which puts them at serious risk of losses.

danger
On top of that, the broker’s overall approach clearly targets beginners. You can’t register without a code from support, and the account descriptions are filled with promises like educational content, private webinars, portfolio audits, and help developing an investment strategy. These are classic “selling points” aimed at inexperienced users.

But in reality, we doubt any of these services are actually being delivered. We’ve seen many times how scam brokers use such features to create the illusion of professionalism. As long as the client keeps funding the account, the so-called “support” continues. But once someone refuses to deposit more, that support disappears completely.

Technical Support Analysis of Resource Invest AG

We would like to finish our resourceinvestag.com review with the company’s contact details. On the Contact page, visitors will find a contact form, an email address, a physical office location in Poland, and a Polish phone number. Despite the firm’s name suggesting a German, Austrian, or Swiss origin, all provided contact details point to Poland. Additionally, there is no live chat available, and the broker does not appear to maintain any official presence on social media. This lack of transparency and communication channels further undermines the credibility of Resource Invest AG.

Strengths and Weaknesses

  • Offers an economic calendar via the TradingView widget.
  • Claims to provide access to over 500 trading assets.
  • Not a licensed broker and not listed in any official financial registry.
  • Falsely presents itself as a Swiss company to appear legitimate.
  • Website design is unprofessional and visually unappealing.
  • Key information about full trading conditions is missing.
  • The registration process is deliberately complicated to force direct contact with support.
  • Unrealistic deposit offers with promised monthly returns of up to 18%.

FAQ

What should I do if I’ve already sent money to Resource Invest AG but can’t get it back?

If the broker ignores your withdrawal requests and stops responding, it’s a strong sign of a scam. You should immediately stop sending any further funds, collect all available evidence (emails, transaction receipts, screenshots), and consider seeking legal advice. You can also file a complaint with financial authorities or contact a chargeback or fund recovery service.

Is there a way to verify if this broker is actually licensed?

Yes, you can check the license status directly on the official websites of financial regulators. In the case of Resource Invest AG, there is no registration with either the Polish or Swiss authorities, despite what the broker claims. This indicates the company is operating illegally.

How can I trust your review? Aren’t you just a biased competitor?

Our reviews are based solely on verifiable facts, namely domain records, licensing data, registration inconsistencies, and an in-depth analysis of the website and trading conditions. We do not sell ranking placements. Our mission is to help users avoid scams and stay safe in the financial market.

Resource Invest AG is a highly suspicious and clearly fraudulent operation. The firm uses classic scam tactics to lure unsuspecting individuals into depositing money, only to disappear or block withdrawals later.
Their usual scheme starts with unsolicited calls. They likely work with databases of leaked phone numbers and approach people with promises of incredible profits and exclusive offers. On top of that, they aggressively spam on social media and messaging platforms. Sometimes, scammers pose as successful traders, build trust, and eventually drag victims into depositing money on the platform.
Even without direct contact, inexperienced users may fall for their flashy website. It features fake claims about licenses, offices, long-standing market presence, and unbeatable trading conditions. In reality, all of this is fabricated. The trading terms are predatory — spreads and commissions are enormous, with some fees reaching up to 7%. And the advertised leverage of 1:500 is another red flag, as no reputable regulator allows such high risk for retail clients. Licensed brokers typically cap leverage at 1:30 or 1:50, and only for verified professionals.
You won’t find Resource Invest AG on any trusted forex broker rankings and for good reason. Scam projects don’t make it onto those lists. If you come across glowing reviews about them, be cautious. These are often paid fake endorsements created to lure more victims into this bogus platform.
